| Rex Allen Norman, also known as "Killbuck." has thirty years of experience in fine arts, including painting, murals, illustration, cartooning and recently, in structural costume works and art masks. Recent gallery shows included: 2005 Spring Invitational, North Lake Tahoe Arts Gallery, Tahoe City CA. La Bussola Gallery, Reno 2005- 2006 Open Door Gallery, Reno 2005-2006 Spectra Ball, San Francisco's ArtSFest event, 2006 Originally from Southern California, he has also lived in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Wyoming before moving to Carson City Nevada in 2002. Based in the Reno-Tahoe-Carson City area, the artist is establishing KOSTOOM Arts to serve both commercial and private art and graphic needs. KOSTOOM will specialize in fine art, theater arts, interior murals and interior space special effects work, for both residential and commercial locations. The artist is a regular contributor of illustration for magazines and books, serves as a television commentator and historical costume consultant, and works in collaborations with area-region artists on public art projects. |
